Perky Berry Smoothie
Since we had so many people love our previous Perky Smoothie, here is another alternative to get you through the rest of the week!
What you will need:
1 c blueberries, frozen
½ banana, frozen
¾ c of any milk of your choice we like hemp, almond or coconut
½ tbsp agave or maple syrup
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp + 1 tsp of Perky Powder
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth leave the 1 tsp. of Perky Powder for your garnish. Enjoy the sweet and tangy flavors of this smoothie!
