Perk Me Up Smoothie
We all could use a little perking up! Morning or afternoon, this smoothie hits the spot. The ingredients are just the right blend of flavor and function.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Perky Powders Original or Pro
8-10 oz. nut, seed, or milk of your choice
1-2 dates (softened in warm water for 5-8 mins) OR
1 tbsp maple syrup
8 oz. ice
Blend in high-speed blender until smooth, garnish with an orange slice, orange zest or shaved coconut.
**For an extra punch - add any other superfoods such as moringa, mesquite, cocoa.**
