Perky Popcorn

Snuggle up with a good movie and some Perky Popcorn! A healthy alternative to butter-loaded popcorn, this recipe is perfect for those looking to switch up date night!

Makes 6 cups

What you will need: 
¼ c organic popcorn
¼ c melted coconut butter (we used Nativa’s butter flavored)
2 tbsp Perky Powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp herb/garlic spice powder
1 tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne

Putting it together:
Melt coconut butter in sauce pan then add the 2 tbsp Perky Powder and whisk just until mixed then take it off the heat and let sit while you make the popcorn. We used ¼ c of organic popcorn in an air popper. Combine the cayenne, herb/garlic spice, salt and paprika in a bowl and mix well.

When popcorn is done drizzle melted coconut butter and Perky mixture over the popped corn, then sprinkle the mixed spices on the popcorn and toss, do this 2-3 more times until the popcorn is coated with spices.
